Can anyone help me with uploading my youtube links? It has been working perfectly fine now, and all of a sudden the clips it is throwing at me are useless. I work for a church, so it's pulling slides, nothing of the sermon, it's really weird. I've tried different prompts, re uploading the video multiple times. I'm waiting for chat support to assist but they said it would take a few days, which I find ridiculous. The customer service is really not timely, which is upsetting for a subscription.
