I had a problem that I wrote about in your messenger. Ollie answered 8 days ago. I have yet to receive any response and I can't message again because it doesn't let me open a new message. I have repeatedly asked for an update to my problem with zero responses. This is unacceptable. I was told it was given to your team to get back to me, yet no responses at all. I continue to monitor, ask for updates, yet nobody answers. Not even your AI Ollie. You need to answer when someone is asking for updates or at least allow me to message again in case somehow/someway my messages aren't being seen. Seriously. This is bad business and I am missing out on posting because of your lack of response....I don't know where else to turn in order to get a response from you because nobody answers the messages that I keep sending in the message portal. HELP!!!!!!!
