I hope you're doing well. First, I want to say that I truly appreciate the innovation behind your platform. Opus Pro has been an incredibly valuable tool for repurposing long-form content, and I understand the importance of maintaining pricing that supports your continued growth and development.

That said, I’d like to share some feedback regarding credit usage and workflow efficiency.

As a live streamer on Kick, I regularly upload streams—often around three hours long—to generate clips. While the platform provides multiple outputs, I typically only use about five out of the twenty clips generated. Unfortunately, this means a significant portion of my credits goes toward content that ultimately isn’t used.

Additionally, none of the clips are perfect out of the box. Each one still requires touch-ups, which adds to my editing time. Combined with the occasional processing delays, this sometimes makes the workflow less efficient than outsourcing to a human editor—despite the convenience your platform offers.

To improve the user experience and maximize value, I would greatly appreciate consideration of the following:

More flexible credit allocation for long-form content such as multi-hour streams.

Unused or low-performing clip optimization, such as credit adjustments or selective generation options.

Higher-quality default edits to reduce the need for manual touch-ups.

Faster processing speeds for large uploads.

Bulk or discounted credit packages tailored for high-volume creators.

An option to generate fewer, more refined clips instead of a large batch.

If there’s any way to provide additional credits, optimize my workflow, or recommend a more cost-effective plan, I would sincerely appreciate your guidance. At the moment, the cost per stream—and per month—adds up quickly, and I’m eager to find a sustainable long-term solution with Opus Pro.
