This is not a new feature request. UGC mode existed, worked correctly, and was the main reason I subscribed to Agent Opus Pro (annual, active through April 2027).
Current behavior:
My Projects page still shows a UGC tab with 10 completed projects. Those projects open normally at /projects/{id} with the full UGC editor: shot-by-shot list, per-shot Replace and Reframe, and per-shot regeneration with a prompt at 3 credits. The avatar is photorealistic and stays consistent across all 14 shots.
But there is no longer any way to CREATE a new UGC project. The composer on /home only offers: Script to video, Song to video, Audio to video, Reference to video (BETA), Assets to ads, Motion graphics. No UGC card. /home?create=ugc does not work either. My Advanced Mode count is 0 and Advanced Mode is not the same thing.
So the pipeline still exists and still renders, but the door to it is gone.
Why Story Mode does not replace it:
I tried Story Mode with an Actor image (project 08272239-rrt, 27 Aug, ~63 credits spent). The result was unusable. That is expected: your own FAQ says Agent Opus is an interpretive tool that cannot generate specific real people or photorealistic scenes. UGC mode could. Those are different products and one does not substitute the other.
What I am asking:
  1. Restore the UGC creation entry point, or tell me the URL/flow that replaces it.
  2. If UGC was intentionally discontinued, say so publicly. There is nothing in the changelog and the help center has no UGC article anymore, so paying users are left guessing.
  3. My 10 existing UGC projects show "Expires in 8 days." Please confirm whether that is normal retention or tied to this change.
  4. I am on an annual Pro plan paid through April 2027. A feature that was included when I purchased was removed mid-term with no notice. I would like either a restoration date or a prorated credit.
