Auto Heading fade-in, how to remove it?

The auto heading of my new clip have Fade-in, this is affecting how people see the clip. The client have to click on the clip before seeing it's title. I didn't change any setting on my side. How to remove these automatic fade-in please?

This is a high priority issue for on us too because on some platforms the first frame becomes the basis for the thumbnail. Because of this fade in, the first frame DOES NOT have a headline as a result.

The workaround is to add a normal text element but this makes the auto headline essentially useless.
