OpusClip Feature Requests

Would be nice to be able to duplicate a clip to make a new version for an a secondary platform that has a different aspect ratio, and then may be shorter focus on a different area of the clip.

I can't imagine this hasn't been requested already but I'm not seeing it in my search thus far. There needs to be a way to select or upload a thumbnail for clips before sending it out to be posted all over. So many times I work on a clip and then find that the service it posted to picked a random frame of our host with his eyes half closed and mouth agape looking stupid, and it's been that way for days. Please let us upload a thumbnail to be used!

Hello, OpusClip team. I'm getting in touch because AI has generated several identical or extremely repetitive cuts. This ended up eating up my monthly quota without delivering varied or useful content. As this is a technical failure in the selection of the cuts, I would like to request the replacement of these credits in my account. I am looking forward to a return. Thank you!

The AI-generated subtitles sometimes miss words or make errors. Add a feature to manually create or edit captions at specific timestamps. This would let users fix errors or add missing subtitles directly in the software.

We will be able to bulk Schedule for every social media account at the same time.

This is a fantastic feature, but it is frustrating that you don't have it for video that are auto importing from YouTube, for example. It would make our lives SO MUCH easier. Please make it happen :). Thank you!!

It would be helpful to have additional notification options—such as SMS alerts or other real-time notifications—when a scheduled post fails. Currently, users may not immediately notice when a post does not publish successfully, which can lead to missed posting times and reduced engagement. With SMS or enhanced notification alerts, users could be informed right away if a scheduled post fails, allowing them to quickly take action and reschedule or troubleshoot the issue. This would improve reliability and give users greater confidence that their scheduled content is being published as planned.
