Automatically link related video to the short on youtube.

Right now the only STATUS choice that I have on a clip at this moment is Heart or a Thumbs down. I want the following choices. 1) Uploaded 2) Edited 3) Scheduled

I can't imagine this hasn't been requested already but I'm not seeing it in my search thus far. There needs to be a way to select or upload a thumbnail for clips before sending it out to be posted all over. So many times I work on a clip and then find that the service it posted to picked a random frame of our host with his eyes half closed and mouth agape looking stupid, and it's been that way for days. Please let us upload a thumbnail to be used!

Option to add intro/outro multiple videos at once, batch add by selecting multiple videos or all.

I am needing to post to multiple pages for my work, and I can't see which page I'm about to post to. Is there any way you could either let us rename, reorder, or even elongate the window for us to see which account we are posting to?
