OpusClip Feature Requests

Hi! I'm a content creator using OpusClip Pro to generate Shorts from my long-form videos. Feature request: YouTube Calendar Integration Currently OpusClip has its own scheduling calendar, but it doesn't know what I've already scheduled or published on YouTube — including both my long-form videos and Shorts. What I'd love: Sync with my YouTube channel calendar so OpusClip can see what's already scheduled Avoid scheduling a Short on the same day/time as a long-form video publish See my full content calendar in one place (YouTube longs + OpusClip Shorts) Ideally: smart suggestions that fill the gaps in my YouTube schedule automatically Why this matters: Right now I have to manually cross-check two calendars to avoid conflicts or over-posting. A creator posting 2 Shorts/day + 1 long/week needs this integration to stay organized without extra work. This would make OpusClip the single hub for all my YouTube content planning. Thank you!

Every time I run a long-form video through the AI clipper, it generates different crop positions for each clip — even though they’re all pulled from the same video with the same layout. This is especially frustrating for talking head content or screen recordings where the subject or framing stays mostly consistent. It makes the clips look jarring when posted together and adds a lot of unnecessary manual work just to realign each crop and maintain consistency. This could be avoided if the crop positioning stayed consistent across clips unless there’s a clear reason to shift (like a scene change or movement). Feature Request: Add a toggle or setting for “Consistent Cropping Across Clips” Or allow users to define a fixed crop that all clips must follow unless overridden manually Would love to see this fixed or added — it’s a huge pain point for anyone creating multi-clip edits from one video.

Currently when I use the FIT layout it shows a blurred cropped of my video as the background. Please make it so I can just select a color instead of the blurred video as background. Even black would be better than the blurred video.

Ability to edit at 1.25x, 1.5x, and 2x. This would help make the process of editing the clip faster, especially when manually correcting captions.

Please add Arabic langauge

Upload multiple video files and create separate projects for each one of them.

I added ai broll and i liked it. I went down the timeline and wanted to generate more but when I did it deleted my previously generated broll. Have a way to keep/lock AI broll clips so they are not deleted. Also a way to highlight a section to just add AI broll to just that section.

Can you add the connection als with snapchat Spotlight

Opus auto detects "Uh' and "um" in VO, and highlights in darker colour. I would like one button to click to automatically remove all of those captions BUT keep it in the VO. Currently I have to click on each one separately to do this.

As the images are generated, we need to choose them based on a small thumb. They often turn out to not be as good as we thought and need to generate again. But then we need to write down the prompt again. Could the the prompt used to generate the last image on a particular B-Roll be automatically saved?
