Hey Opus Team, First off, big love — the tool is amazing. Being able to instantly edit generated clips is honestly next level. One thing I’ve been struggling with though is the Video Editor UX around layout selection. The global layout settings (Mixed, Fit, Split, etc.) are super useful, but they don’t really “lock in” across the whole timeline. For example, if I set a split screen for one part of a clip, I’d expect all other instances of that same layout to follow that adjustment. Instead, I end up going through each cut and re-doing the same layout over and over, just to keep it consistent. It kind of feels like the global layout option was designed for that purpose, but in practice it either resets or breaks the other layouts instead of keeping things uniform. When you’ve got a timeline with lots of cuts, this becomes a real grind and makes it tough to keep a consistent style. If the process could be simplified — so once I tweak a layout, every identical instance updates automatically — it would save a ton of time and really smooth out the workflow. Appreciate you all for the work you’re putting into this platform. It’s already powerful, just hoping this can make the editing side flow even better.
