I uploaded 5-6 videos, all of them are missing majority of the subtitle. It's very frustrating, how could this happen? They show the words in the transcript, but they don't show on the video.

When adding a section to a clip from the transcript, the selection procedure seems buggy and inconsistent.

Our company (Valen-Utvik) has been using your tool, OpusClip, for a while now, and we have been very satisfied with the results, and we are paying for this service. However, we have now started experiencing that OpusClip doesn't always add subtitles to the videos we've uploaded, and it has also started adding subtitles to some of our videos in English, even though we haven't made any changes to the language settings. We still want OpusClip to subtitle our videos in Norwegian. When we upload a video, OpusClip creates many small video clips from the video we've uploaded. When we then view these clips in OpusClip, it has always added subtitles in Norwegian to our videos. However, now we notice that it doesn't always subtitle all the videos, and sometimes it adds subtitles in English. Why is this happening?" Can you help us? When posting to TIKTOK my video quality is uploaded has 540P res. I upload 1080p and 4k clips. I use one of your competitors sense ive been having this problem and my videos post in 1080p. This is the second time im submitting a ticket for this issue. I'm a paid customer and i need this issue resolved. EKILPSE doesnt have this problem at all

When the video is cropped, make sure that the videos appear in the order of the plot and not in scatter

When adding a section to a clip it often freezes and the forces a reload and I have to start over on the edit.

I can't delete the project, after deleting it it reappears.
