Hi. I noticed that instead of 332 credit points, there are only 300 and there is no deduction in the history. I had 90 credit and also 300 from the Pro plan. And i used only 58. Could you check for me? Thank you. Sincerelely, Laszlo

Dear, The subtitle translation feature when uploading videos does not currently fulfill the purpose for which it is proposed. In the available stream, the platform only allows subtitles in the same language as the video's original audio, without offering the option of translating into another language, which makes the feature, in practice, useless for creators who work with multilingual content. Additionally, it is not allowed to use .SRT files in a language other than the language spoken in the video. As an example: it is not possible to apply a .SRT file in Portuguese to a video whose audio is in English, making it impossible to create videos with translated subtitles - a basic need widely used by content creators. I request that the platform allows: The upload of .SRT files in languages other than the language spoken in the video; The manual application of translated subtitles, regardless of the original audio language; A functional solution for multilingual subtitling, as the current “subtitle translation” option doesn't deliver what it promises. I don't have another login and email, when I access the site it says that the plan I have is free but the charge is recurring on the credit card. I can't talk to any attendant and the chat provided by artificial intelligence only answers the same thing. How can I solve this? What a complication for a site that should make our lives easier!!

your amazing tool understand hebrew, and even writes the subtitles - but they are placed back words... meaning - if the video is saying "it was great" it shows in "great was it" if this will be fixed - for sure i'll use it tnx

In Text Overlay settings when adding text, the Input box has characters that DO NOT erase when you start typing into the box, and have to be manually deleted. The annoying message is "Add Headings". This should delete as soon as the mouse enters the text box.

Most of the time the auto feature just shoves the entire video including caption to the top third of the screen for no reason. I have to go through and manually edit which is the opposite of why I bought this program.

How about the opusclips knows to remove those post options (and grey them out, with an info mark for more info on why) as soon as the limit is exceeded (/or prior to, when attempted?
