There are certain parts of the conversation that were too uiet for the transcript to pick up. I wan tto add the words in manually but there is no such way.

Today, we can only edit captions that the AI has detected and no ability to add captions if it misses section of the video where someone is talking still. Would be nice to have the ability to write out our own captions to keep editing all in the platform

Sometimes the AI doesn't pick up on certain sentences in the video so the transcript will randomly have dead space without captions.

If I could write in the parts that it misses, I can either put them where they need to be on the timeline, or the AI could see the addition and try to fix it (might lead to more issues though). I would even be happy with doing these few sentences myself with the overlay feature you've already implemented however, I would need the overlay to allow me the customization necessary to keep everything similar.

A little more control over the transcript would go a long way.

We need to have an option to synchrnoze speech with words when they are notsyncronized

Sometimes captions are not recognized, but manually adding them doesn´t fit the timing of the speaker. An option to link certain words to timestamps would help to sync the pace of caption and video. Currently some words are displayed for <1sec and other for 3+ sec.
