😢 Crashing / Flicking all video after download

when I download my videos, they have a very low bitrate, that is, it crashes a lot, it is nothing like the video I see in the preview. I was considering paying, but now I've lost interest, because I spent my free credits for nothing and had a good video in editing but when downloading the video, I was extremely stuck. I was disheartened by the result. Deplorable!

I am experiencing freezes on the videos edited right now. I mean like if I have to upload another one and spend another time to create a new one. It won't be feasible in our side, since we are paying for the time credits we have. Please fix this.

Hi, I had a video of 11 minutes to download on 30 to 90 sec shorts, and what happen is that when I downloaded the video it was bugged, audio and caption was working but the video was frozen. and I lost my credits... would I be able to get it back?
