Hi OpusClip team,
I'm a big fan of OpusClip and really enjoy using your tool, especially the agent. That's why I was very surprised and disappointed that my credits were apparently deactivated before midnight, even though I still had around 2.000 credits left.
As a result, I was unfortunately no longer able to use the remaining credits on the last day, which was very unfavorable for me. It is absolutely unacceptable that they are simply switched off before they expire without being able to use them completely.
I therefore cordially ask you:
  1. Were you able to reactivate my remaining 2.000 credits for 2-3 days so that I could use them up?
  2. Have you been able to ensure that this problem will no longer occur in the future?
I will definitely continue to book OpusClip and use it as a loyal customer in the long term. Thank you for the review and assistance.
