Extend clips or stitch clips

I got a great clip that was 30 seconds long but it cut off the “main point.” If I could extend the clip another 10 seconds, I could have just added that last 10 seconds. Or if I get two clips that are 20 seconds, perhaps I could STITCH them together once they were complete for one 40 second clip.

I would like to take Clip #1 and Clip #3 (for example) that Opus clip generates from my long video, and put them back-to-back in the OpusClip video editor and download the spliced clips as one longer Clip.
Currently I have to download the two clips individually and use Capcut or Final Cut Pro to splice them into one longer clip.
