Frequent recent site outages

It often takes a long time for the website to load videos (over half an hour for very short clips). That was not the case in the past. It is not due to the Internet connection. Sometimes it is also the case that, for example, the export, or the creation of subtitles, etc. is completely aborted during the process, or the website does not even have to be accessed. This amounts to around 50% of the cases in which you use the site. Too bad with a paid subscription. Perhaps that could be improved.
