I am sending this request for support this way because I could not find another way to submit a customer support ticket.

I purchased Agent Opus on June 4, 2026. After clicking the access link and following directions I created a video. I never saw a place to create a username and password. when I followed the directions to create the video, I saw a button to create the video with a watermark or I could subscribe and get a video without a watermark. I chose to subscribe, and clicked on a 5 minute video. The video I created was excellent, but not long enough. I read on the dashboad page that Opus could make a 10 minute video, so I decided to start making the same video,but longer.

I clicked on the style I wanted, then added assets, then added a 160 word script, just as I had the first time, then I could not find a button, or whatever to start the creation process. I don't remember how I started it before. My email that I used to purchase Opus is :

Please tell me how to procede. If I need to create login credwntials, please tell me how, and please give me the URL to use. ALSO, CAN I creare a 10 minute video with OPUS.
