Improve test editing

It is really too difficult to edit the text. You need to let folks select large chunks of text in one go, rather than selecting each little line. This adds far too much effort and time to editing the clips.

This one is mine and I realized I was doing the editing AFTER I did the AI efforts to remove pauses and filler words. Once i started doing the text editing FIRST, it worked much better. However, while we are here, how about letting us add our own filler words? I would like "you know" to be removed as well.
