I use OpusClip Pro for team-based content creation and Shorts workflows. These suggestions focus on workflow speed, team coordination, and quality-of-life improvements that would make my publishing process much smoother.
- Project Archiving
Allow archiving of completed projects to keep the workspace organized without deleting them.
- Labels / Tags for Project Management
Add labels or tags (e.g. “Needs Review,” “Approved,” “In Progress”) so teams can track workflow stages and search by tag. Even a simple bookmarking system within projects would help.
- Autosave While Editing
When editing, saving currently exits the editor. Continuous autosave (like CapCut) would prevent losing changes and streamline the editing flow.
- Mixed-Length Clip Generation (Shorts + Long Form)
Allow generating both Shorts (<60s) and long-form clips (5–20 mins) from the same upload or link. Currently, users must process the same video twice—doubling credit usage.
- Improved Face Cropping / PIP Framing for Shorts
For react-style or picture-in-picture videos, the AI should crop tighter on the face or add an option like “Crop in until face fills the frame” for better short-form framing.
- Title, Description & Hashtag Generator (Without Scheduling)
Enable copy generation (titles, descriptions, hashtags) outside the “Schedule Post” flow. Many creators post manually to use trending sounds or YouTube features but still want to generate copy inside OpusClip.
- Global Copy Templates & Persistent Hashtags
Add templates that define global copy rules — e.g., always append #shorts or #giveaway to every title, or use recurring hashtags in descriptions. Allow saving multiple templates for different content types (giveaways, tutorials, etc.).

Copy generation (titles, descriptions, hashtags) without using the Schedule Post feature. Put it in a more accessible quicker place to get it. Like when you click on a clip in grid view, or have it show up automatically in list view, someplace more accessible. Many creators prefer posting manually but still want generated copy.
