Remove Pauses” and “Long to Short Video

Dear OpusClip Support Team,
Thank you for creating such a great platform — I really appreciate your service.
I wanted to share a small usability request. Currently, when editing a video, I love using both the “Remove Pauses” and “Long to Short Video” features. However, it’s a bit inconvenient that they can’t be used in sequence without downloading and re-uploading the file.
Right now, I have to:
Upload the video and use “Remove Pauses”
Download the edited version
Re-upload it again to use “Long to Short Video”
It would be much more efficient if these two features could be used together within the same workflow — for example, first removing pauses and then immediately converting the same file into short clips, without re-uploading.
I believe this small improvement would make the editing process much smoother for many users.
Thank you for considering this!
Best regards,

Not able to use all features in one project!

Dear Team, I have a request, I love this software, but it has been a real hassle to use the same video for multiple purposes.
I want to use a video in wide format for youtube, add subtitles to it, and then use the same video (edited and cut) for making shorts in high format for instagram, etc.
Opus does allow me to do that, however not directly. I have to first download the edited version (cut out pauses, unneccesary parts, etc.) and then reupload and select the option "long to shorts". - Why is there no option to do this inside the editor? I lose time, uploading downloading + downgrading the videos original quality all to make some shorts.
Or I first have to use another software, edit and render the video and then put it into opus clips, which is just defeating the whole purpose of convenience and time saving.
If I am missing something please let me know, but this just feels unintuitive for a software that is meant to save time for editors and creators.
thank you so much for all you do,
kind regards
