Most of the shorts that do well for me are in the 10 to 15 second range. It would be nice to have and option for closer to that range.

I spend a lot of time creating videos 50-70 seconds. I then want to break out to shorter clips. Please add a <15 second clip option. That should be easy and would be sooo helpful
