To get help with your OpusClip account you can contact the support team in a few different ways. If you are on the pro plan you can press the get support button in the bottom right corner of your dashboard. Anyone regardless of plan can also get support through our official Discord server by accessing the create support ticket channel https://discord.com/channels/1054601758980194434/1207490796262002698 . Please send them your project url link where the captions are out of sync.
