I spend a long time sorting through each podcast episode to find screen shots of each of the guests where they're smiling so we can use them for thumbnails. It's actually time consuming to find good still shots of the guests smiling but AI could probably help to do this automatically and serve us a variety of options to choose from, whereas if we randomly select a moment in a video it usually lands on an unflattering shot of the people.
